Intervention Worker
There is an exciting opportunity to specialise and develop your skills within exploitation working as an CE Intervention Worker in the My Space team!
Working as a part of newly formed team with supportive colleagues you will be working with young people at risk of exploitation, engaging them in disruption activity, peer mapping, supporting them and educating them.
Within the team cases are kept low to ensure in-depth and meaningful interventions can be developed. The interventions worker works as a part of the Exploitation Team around the Child to address exploitation concerns using a whole family approach. You will be attending exploitation review meetings, delivering action plans focusing around the child and families exploitation understanding, and working creatively to disrupt exploitation concerns.
