The Governing Body of Mill Green School are seeking to appoint a motivated, extremely committed, highly professional, enthusiastic and extremely effective Clerical Officer to join our hard working, dynamic and enthusiastic team who share our determination to transform the life chances of our wonderful student body.

Mill Green School is a 14-19 age special school. At Mill Green School we understand that enabling positive outcomes for young people facing complex challenges isn’t an overnight fix. The work with the young people isn’t about us; we are a team who are all about the young people, all of the time. The successful candidate won’t be alone in their goal to have a positive impact on the lives of our young people and school; they will have all the support they need from the whole team.

The successful candidate will need to be able to build trusting relationships with all stakeholders. They will possess good communication and organisational skills, will work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate patience and kindness to our students and families. You will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, for which you will be given full training and support. Working alongside experienced staff you will build up knowledge and develop many transferable skills. You can expect an exceptional breadth of experience. It’s a unique challenge and you will be very much part of a hard-working, dedicated and friendly team.
