Administration Officer - Livewell

Applicants are invited for the post of Admin Officer Livewell, based in the Systems Support Unit, within Corporate Services.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Livewell Project Lead in the implementation, launch and support of the St Helens implementation of the Livewell Directory
You will assist in the sourcing of services, adding services pages to the directory, page moderation and styling.
The post holder will be required to work with a wide range of partners in facilitating their services being added to the directory. To ensure that pages are effectively setup and that services are instructed in the timely review of their pages. So excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Applicants should have effective written communication skills, good organisational skills and the ability to work using their own initiative.
A knowledge of service directories and experience with managing datasets on online systems would be ideal. Further experience of effective and accurate data input.
A flexible person, who is a good team player with all these skills and is willing to learn quickly, would be ideal.
