Practice Lead - Children In Care
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of The Children in Care and Care Leavers Team in Halton.
If you are a children’s social care manager or an experienced Social Worker looking to make your next move, we would love to hear from you.
The role will be to supervise a cohort of social workers to support them to care plan for our children in care and achieve positive outcomes and permanency for them. Our team supports children in care 0-18 within all settings post final court orders being granted and we also support unaccompanied asylum seeking children and those children with a plan of adoption.
The candidate will have experience and knowledge of Children in Care legislation and be passionate about care planning and achieving permanency for our children.
