The Role:
- As Deputy Team Manager you will be a qualified and SWE registered social worker, with strong knowledge of childcare legislation, statutory guidance and frameworks
- As Deputy Team Manager, you will work closely alongside your team manager and embed a consistent high-performance culture.
- The Deputy Team Manager will support and motivate your team to continually develop their skills so they can achieve the best outcomes.
- As Deputy Team Manager you will champion their personal and professional growth and health and wellbeing, ensuring an inclusive approach.
- As Deputy Team Manager you will have a robust understanding and career experience of young people’s whole journey through the care system.
- The Deputy Team Manager will have the ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with key partners such as Housing and Health and be able to advocate for our young people, so they can access all services that they need.
