Knowsley Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Unit are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager to undertake a job share role of Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO). You must have a sound track record of delivering excellent services for children and families and be able to demonstrate that you are able to challenge appropriately where services do not meet children’s needs. You will ensure that safeguarding allegations against those who work with children and young people are managed effectively and fully considered.
