The Head teacher and Governors of Our Lady of Compassion  Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our school as an After School Club Assistant. Working closely with the Club Leader, you will provide safe, stimulating, and nurturing care for our children during the club hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering engaging indoor and outdoor activities that support children’s development.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks.
• Promote positive behavior and support children’s individual needs.
• Act as a First Aider and be ready to respond to emergencies.
• Liaise with teachers and parents to ensure the well-being of each child.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, health, safety, and confidentiality policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and other professionals.
• Commitment to equality and inclusive practice.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday - 3:15pm - 5:30pm Term Time only
