Technical Support Assistant
We are seeking to recruit to our busy Technical Support Team based Magdalen House, Bootle.
The Section is responsible for the registration and validation of building and planning applications and the completion of local land charge search requests.
The postholder will assist as required with all aspects of the team’s function including updating databases, redaction and publication of information. You will also be required to make a technical validation assessment of planning applications.
The successful candidates should be numerate and literate. Keyboard and mapping skills will be required along with a detailed knowledge of the planning process and data protection requirements. Applicants will need to demonstrate an aptitude for working in a busy customer focused environment. Previous experience of using iDox Uniform and iDox EDRMS will be an advantage.
