ICT Service Delivery Lead
Sefton is the northern borough of Liverpool City Region with more than 273,000 residents. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sefton’s ICT Client team in a key leadership role as it continues its digital transformation journey. This post offers a suitability experienced and motivated candidate the opportunity to lead on the delivery of operational ICT Services for Sefton.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide appropriate leadership to ensure that the outsourced ICT contract provides value for money and supports the delivery of the Council’s Corporate Plan and 2030 Vision.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of delivering sustained organisational performance improvements in an ICT environment, including experience of managing complex outsourced contracts. In addition, knowledge and detailed understanding of Information security governance, risk management and compliance including technical security risk assessment is essential for this post. The ability to work as part of a team and maintain a strategic view whilst managing competing demands is essential.
