Operations Assistant

Operations Assistant – Permanent Position
The role involves working on a busy reception. You must demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of good customer care and be able to communicate well with all age groups. You must be calm under pressure, confident, outgoing and enthusiastic. DBS will be required.
Duties of this role include:
Ensure the wellbeing of customers. Cashier duties ensuring that all monies received are correctly dealt with. Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries. You will be required to set up and take down equipment for events/activities. Ad hoc Cleaning will be required as and when to ensure that the building is presented as a first-class facility.
You must also be able to work outside normal office hours including weekends.
Please note Shifts are over a 5-week rota, a mixture of earlies, evenings and weekends.
