Youth Justice Service Operational Manager
At Sefton Youth Justice Service, we’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Operational Manager to help lead our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding children, championing best practice through our Child First Principles, and shaping the future of our service.
You’ll take on thematic responsibilities and provide strong, supportive management oversight to help us continually improve how we work. We’re looking for someone with detailed knowledge and experience of the youth justice system, who understands the importance of supporting children and families while also protecting victims and communities. You’ll need a solid grasp of inspection frameworks, performance indicators, and risk management, along with a clear understanding of the contextual risks children face today. Experience of working closely with key partners to address these challenges is essential. You will also be solution focused and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
