Office Manager

St John Vianney Catholic Primary School is seeking an organised, enthusiastic and approachable Office Manager to join our friendly and committed team here at St John Vianney. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our busy school office and to support the day-to-day life of our vibrant school community.
This post is for 37 hours Term Time only + 2 days and is a permanent position. The start date will be ASAP pending clearances.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming manner.
- Can demonstrate strong IT skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office and school management systems (training can be provided).
- Works flexibly and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
