Grade H SCP 26 - 30, £37,280 - £40,777, permanent, 36 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Business Unit that supports Sefton Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board to deliver its statutory, strategic and assurance functions.
Working to the Safeguarding Board’s Business Manager the appointed individual will be key within the driving force behind planning, communicating and co-ordinating the partnership working. You will work with Partners to ensure all are fully engaged in setting out and delivering on the Partnership’s key priority objectives and in the design and production of the three-year Strategic Plan and the Annual Business Plan.
The post holder will possess excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail. Your contribution to progression of the Partnership will be central in co-ordination of Subgroup activities to achieve positive outcomes in the promotion of preventative safeguarding and of supportive interventions where required.
The successful candidate will work with Sefton communities, statutory, public and voluntary sectors across the Borough to enhance service improvement and co-production. The appointee will participate in development of a partnership data collection system to support understanding of adult safeguarding activity and inform key objectives. They will have a broad understanding and a strong interest in all safeguarding matters and will work to cascade learning, in a variety of formats to meet the needs of staff, volunteers and communities alike.
