What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a dedicated site team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, security, and energy efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust health and safety systems, ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
- Work with the School Business Manager to manage budgets effectively, securing best value for every pound spent.
- Coordinate lettings and events, making our facilities accessible to the wider community.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven leader with experience managing premises staff and contractors.
- Strong practical skills and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- ICT proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility and a full driving licence.
