Service Development Lead

Are you looking for a role where you can have a direct impact on modernising and developing how we work and how we interact with our customers? If so, this may be the job for you.

We are looking for a Service Lead who will be responsible for navigating complex challenges whilst maintaining effective governance structures, and driving change at pace whilst fostering a high-performance culture across Exchequer Services

You will lead on complex service change initiatives from end-to-end, owning the detailed planning and leading the design, implementation and transition through to Business as Usual.

To enable success, you will collaborate effectively across the full range of Exchequer Services as well as with other teams across the Council and third party organisations. Effectively communicating and engaging with others will be a key requirement of this role.
