Our Team:
The Family Time Team is an established service within Halton, created to ensure that children’s identity, family connections, and sense of belonging are at the heart of everything we do. This dedicated team will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating meaningful family time for children and their families, often during challenging periods in their lives. As an integral part of Halton’s relationship-based practice model, the Family Time Team will work closely with social care professionals to champion positive, child-focused experiences that promote stability, emotional wellbeing, and lifelong relationships.
Hours: 37hrs per week
Your Contributions:
We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and caring professional to join our Family Time Team, to support us to ensure our children have quality family time with their parents, carers and siblings. This will occur, when children are not residing with their parents / carers, for an array of reasons. We work with vulnerable children, and we must ensure we maintain professional relationships whilst managing complex family needs and behaviours.
