Senior Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner
Applications are invited for the post of Senior Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner.
This newly created post will primarily focus on Adult and Children’s Services and Social Work and will work strategically with with Senior Managers to lead on the delivery of high quality, cost effective learning, organisational development (L&OD), and culture change strategies.
The successful candidate will provide advice, support, and line management to a dedicated team of learning and development professionals who primarily support the adult and children’s services workforce. This will include the development of L&OD strategies which comprises of in-house and externally commissioned activities, supporting the recruitment and retention of ASYEs, Practice Educators, Best Interest Assessors (BIAs), Approved Mental Health Practitioners (AMHPs), our Social Work and OT Apprentices and engagement with the Cheshire & Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership (CMSWTP).
The development of positive and productive working relationships both internally and externally will be key, including working with colleagues to co-produce and develop initiatives that are linked to the strategic priorities of Adult and Children’s Services.
In addition to the above, there will also be an opportunity to take an active role in supporting organisation-wide L&OD programmes as directed by the Workforce Learning and Development Manager.
The post holder will work within a competent, experienced, and enthusiastic team, based at the Corporate Learning Centre in Ainsdale, including opportunities for agile working. The team are committed to an ethos of continuous improvement and delivering effective and efficient outcomes for our workforce.
