Day Service Officer - Hairdresser - MAT leave cover

Halton Day Service is an award winning service for Adults with a disability. The service's approach is dynamic and progressive and for that reason we need dynamic staff to deliver on our promise to provide quality services.

What makes Halton Day Service different is its employment model for adults with a disability which includes a Micro-Brewery, Ice Cream making Parlour, Hairdressing Salon, Catering business and soon to be Goat Farm.

The business area generates amongst other thing’s financial core processes which need to be completed in accordance with the council’s procurement processes.

Ideally we would be looking for a candidate who has experience in all aspects of hairdressing who can manage a small team whilst supporting adults with complex needs . The role is predominantly in the salon but on occasion you may be asked to work in our training salons.
