Learning and Development Business Partner (Management Information)

This is a full time permanent role.  Grade I SCP 37 – 41 £40,746 to £44,711 per annum (pay award pending).  Agile working is in place however there will be a requirement to be on site to deliver training initiatives to meet business needs.

Applications are invited for the post of Learning and Development Business Partner – with a focus on Management Information.

The overarching responsibility is to work with the ICT Client Team to design, develop and deliver a range of training programmes that support the implementation of appropriate Management Information (MI) and IT solutions that will assist change across a range of services.  This includes Children’s and Adult Social Care.

The role will include delivering ICT training to internal Council departments and other partner organisations, this may also involve learning new subjects and delivering training across other areas.  

You’ll join a competent, experienced and enthusiastic team, who are committed to an ethos of continuous improvement and delivering effective and efficient outcomes.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 26th June at Sefton Corporate Learning Centre, Sandringham Road, Ainsdale, PR8 2PJ.
