Year 6 Classteacher with TLR 2 for English
Required September 2024.
The pupils of Redgate Primary School, with the help of our Headteacher and Governing Body, are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher for Y6.
This is an opportunity to work within a successful and thriving primary school. We have high standards and a dedicated team that help us to achieve them.
All our Stakeholders have a very strong shared vision and we want everyone in our school community to feel a sense of pride and ownership in what we achieve together.
We are looking to appoint someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed to continuous improvement, meeting the needs of the whole school community. It would be desirable for applicants to demonstrate a particular strength in the teaching of SEND within the mainstream. We need a practitioner who can demonstrate the impact they have already had at a class level teaching English and how they are now ready to deliver a progressive and exciting English curriculum across the whole school.
In return, we can offer you a warm welcome, outstanding continued professional development opportunities and lots of fun as we learn, laugh and grow together.
We welcome applicants who are currently primary school practitioners looking to take the next step in their career as an English lead. We would also welcome you visiting us so we can show you around and help you prepare your application. Please contact Mrs. Steele, our school business manager to arrange your visit.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring (DSB) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
Closing Date: 9 am Monday 29th April 2024
